CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation notification is required 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Your deposit will be held for future stay if your cancellation request is made within the 30 day period. The deposit will be held for one year. If you do not use your deposit within the year it will be forfeited. Any deposited reservations that are considered "no-show" will forfeit any deposit regardless of circumstances. For group reservations (two or more condos) and Holidays, a 60 day notification is required.
RULES FOR TENNIS
Shirts with sleeves and tennis shoes are required. Black sole shoes are not allowed on the tennis courts. Tennis reservations are not required. It is on a first come first serve basis.
COURT RULES
Players shall keep noise on the courts within reason. Court times are 8:00am to 9:00pm.
BOATS AND TRAILERS
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc., are not allowed inside the condo complex. Boats found within the condo complex will be towed at YOUR expense.
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances without permission. We have a few owners that will allow pets, but we need to approve your bringing a pet. If a pet is found without approval you will be charged $100.00 per day for the length of your stay. If there is any damage, you will be held responsible.
REQUIREMENTS
Two night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum on major holiday weekends. Single night rentals on weekdays only.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm noon. Friday check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
RULES GOLF
Shirt with sleeves and a collar are required at all times for men on all courses. Slacks or mid-thigh length shorts are permitted for men and women. NO denim of any kind is permitted.
GOLF CANCELLATIONS
It is our understanding that golf tee-times must be canceled four days prior to your scheduled time. If you need the phone numbers for the golf courses, please call us.
DEPOSIT
We require as a deposit the first night´s rate to confirm the date and reservation. 50% is required on weekly rentals. This may be done on American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. On holiday stays balance must be paid two weeks prior to arrival.
