Additional nights on some of the condos reduce to a rate approximately equal to the weekly rate. The 2/2´s additional nights are $175 in lieu of $240, 3/3´s are $200 in lieu of $285, and the 4/4´s are $230 in lieu of $360, and some of the luxury condos (not all of them) are $260 in lieu of $400.
Winter Rates - In the winter months December - January other than Christmas-New Years Holiday, the discount applies after the first night, except for the Luxury Condos which vary with discounts, but some have a discount after the second night.
Departure Cleaning Fee - The cleaning fee is $80 (2/2), $90 (3/3), & $100
(4/4).

Plan C - Floor Plan
This plan varies. In the three-bedroom versions of this plan, it has a L-shaped living area that is the largest living area of any of the floor plans.
In the four bedroom versions, the “L” area has become the fourth bedroom. In both versions, it has a large bath on the main floor adjacent to this bedroom or “L” area.
In this floor plan, you enter at a center level foyer and then going up or down to the main living area and maybe one of the bedrooms, and up or down to the other two or three bedrooms.
In the original design of this plan, there are three bedrooms on the other level with two and one half baths. In some of these plans, we have renovated and added a fourth bath to this condo.
